CMS interNATIONAL Ministry Partners Pato and Dagmar Oyarzun, based in the Chilean city of Vina del Mar, talk about the transformation taking place as Chilean leaders grow in their confidence in understanding the scriptures and the flow-on effects this has in the local church.
